Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Termex iOS application and the termex.app website (together, the "Service") provided by CaffeinatedCode ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Termex on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

2. Subscriptions and free trial

Termex offers a free trial. After the trial ends, continued use of premium features requires an active subscription. All subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID and are governed by Apple's standard subscription terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.

3. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Termex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of any system you connect to. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and the actions you take in any session you open. Do not use Termex to access systems you don't have authorization to access.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CaffeinatedCode, its founders, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Termex at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CaffeinatedCode is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
